An American City with a Riverstop

The City of Newaygo periodically administers grant funds received by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to rehabilitate rental units in the downtown area of Newaygo. Under this program, Landlords apply for assistance to rehab their units and bring them up to Housing Quality Standards.  It is the City’s goal to create quality affordible housing units in the downtown, thereby producing a walkable and mixed use community.

The City of Newaygo is an equal opportunity provider.
