The general function of the utility billing clerk is the clerical officer for the city council. A few examples of tasks completed by the City Clerks office:

• Process tax, utility and other bills and payments
• Performs routine bookkeeping to moderatly complex work
• Assist citizens with processing taxes and utility billing
• Perform clerical and receptionist type duties
